depending on your deployment.

We do not remotely access, copy, or transmit data processed by the Software to our systems.

Logs and Diagnostics

By default, our Software does not automatically send crash reports, logs, or diagnostic data to us.

If you contact our support team, we may ask you to provide voluntarily:

  • Logs or configuration snippets,
  • Screenshots, or
  • Other technical details.
